Shipping policy

I am not responsible for any lost, stolen or shipping damages, please contact your local UPS.  (Usually does NOT happen).

Orders will be shipped within 1-10 business days. Business days refer to Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. (This Does not apply to Pre-orders.)  

In order to ensure that you receive your package, all packages over $59.99 are delivered through UPS signature confirmation, the signature required fee of $5.55 is included in the shipping cost. In the event a customer is not at home to sign for the package after several attempts, UPS will return the package back to me. Any additional shipping the customer will be charged another shipping fee.

Pre-Ordered Items Shipping Policy 

Orders That Are Stated “Pre-Ordered” Are Not On Hand Items so it takes longer to be processed and shipped. We will have to purchase what you bought from our supplier which takes 2-4 weeks to arrive. Once we have received the merchandise we will ship to you within 1-10 business days.

 Most Pre-Ordered Items Take 2-4 weeks to be shipped. You can always contact me via email ( thecoldestaccessoriezz@gmail.com ) to keep up with the status of your order.

Please keep in mind that sometimes Pre-orders can have delays and may take up to 5 weeks to arrive.
