Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded unless an issue occurs on our end.

Free returns are available for kid shoes only, and must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Policy

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact USPS for assistance in these rare cases. ( +1-800-275-8777 )

All orders over $49.99 require USPS Signature Confirmation for secure delivery. The $6.55 fee is included in the shipping cost.

If a package is returned back to us due to missed signature attempts, a new shipping fee will apply for reshipment.

Fraud Protection

To protect both my customers and my business:

• Orders marked High Risk are automatically cancelled.

• Orders marked Medium Risk require proof of identification within 48 hours.

These measures are in place to maintain a secure and trustworthy shopping experience.
